Public research is carried out in more than 50
laboratories and
employs some 6,000 people working in
numerous IT fields. The latter are strongly involved
in European and International projects.
Private research and training

Telecom R&D, HP Lab, Inovatel, Sun Microsystems
(International Center for Network Computing), Minatec
IDEAs Laboratory®,
Xerox Research Center Europe develop advanced applied
research for their own needs as well as for international
